No Refunds: All pre-orders are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on pre-order items, so please ensure that you have selected the correct product before completing your purchase.
Product Changes: BettaPet reserves the right to make minor changes to product design, packaging, or materials if necessary. Any such changes will be made with the intent of improving the product.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout. Any customs or import duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.
