BettaPet Shipping Policy
At BettaPet, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining the quality and care our products require.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe after payment has been received. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, processing times may vary during busy periods, product launches, or unforeseen circumstances.
We make every reasonable effort to post your order as soon as possible.
Pre-Orders
For pre-order items, shipping will occur once we receive the stock into our possession.
Estimated timeframes may be provided at the time of purchase; however, these are estimates only and may change due to supplier delays, freight disruptions, or circumstances outside our control.
Pre-orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Tracking details will be provided where available once your parcel has been lodged. Delivery timeframes are determined by Australia Post and are outside of our control once the parcel has been handed over.
Shipping Costs
Standard postage is free within Australia. Express post option can be chosen at checkout however this will incur a cost.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. BettaPet is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
While we will support you through the process, delivery timeframes and outcomes are subject to Australia Post’s investigation procedures.
